Privacy Policy

Short version: We store your display name and the amount of flight time you bought. That's it. No accounts, no passwords, no email harvesting, no photos, no ad trackers, no selling data.

1. What we collect

Display name — the name you type before purchasing, shown on the public leaderboard, in the live support feed, and on your shareable receipt card.
Purchase record — the tier and amount paid, the flight time purchased, a timestamp, and the payment provider's transaction ID.
Technical logs — standard server logs (IP address, user agent) retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect: email addresses (unless you email us), passwords, real names, physical addresses, phone numbers, photos, or precise location.

2. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your display name so you don't have to retype it. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Our payment provider may set cookies during checkout — see their policy.

To display the leaderboard ("who kept the pig up")
To add your purchased flight time to the shared countdown
To detect fraud and abuse

4. Who we share it with

Creem (merchant of record) — for payment processing and tax compliance
Cloudflare — hosting and database infrastructure
Law enforcement, only where legally required

We do not sell your data. Ever.

5. Public nature of the leaderboard, feed and receipt

The following are publicly visible to anyone visiting the site:

Your display name and total purchased flight time (leaderboard)
Your display name, the tier you bought, and the payment amount — shown in the live support feed on the home page and in the last-payments list on the receipt card

If you share your receipt card, its contents (your display name, tier, rank and season statistics) also become visible to whoever you share it with. Do not use your real full name if you don't want it public.

6. Retention

Leaderboard entries and support-feed records persist for the lifetime of the Service (including in the all-time and historical monument views). Server logs are retained no longer than 30 days.

7. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email us with your display name — we will remove or anonymise your leaderboard entry, support-feed entries and receipt records within 30 days.

Legal basis for processing: contract performance (adding your purchased time) and legitimate interest (preventing abuse).

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has made a purchase, contact us and we will address it.

9. International transfers

Our infrastructure (Cloudflare) and payment provider may process data outside your country. Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
